We only collect data you voluntarily enter into the cost estimation form on the site:

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal data through the form. Providing a phone number is voluntary — the form cannot be submitted without it.

3. Data Sharing

Form data (phone number, service type, area, district) is transmitted to Forminit.com, which delivers it to us as a notification. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties. The site's technical infrastructure (hosting, video delivery, fonts) is provided by standard cloud providers.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Hartolit.com does not set any cookies of its own and does not use any analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). Third-party services may store technical cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.

5. Data Retention

Your phone number and form data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with Ukrainian law, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised.

• request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
• request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
